Good evening Ladies and Gentlemen if you are out there
We wanted to give you a quick update on our refurbishment journey.
As you can see in the picture, we have cleared our little shop today, just a car full left for tomorrow morning before the builders start to rip it apart (which sounds very brutal). Paula, Marjorie, Gary and I have not stopped all day, we are expecting aches and pains in places we didn’t even know we had! Many thanks to Stephen for stepping in to help at the last minute, we would have been properly….snookered without you.
We didn’t quite realise just how much we had and I definitely underestimated the job at hand; I know, not a surprise for those of you that know me. We have moved the vast majority to our temporary home as advertised in the attached post and, somewhat ambitiously, we had originally planned to be open for business tomorrow, Thursday 16th, at 10 am but ……..
…..in the interests of Health & Safety, providing a pleasant shopping experience and our sanity, we are now planning on opening Saturday morning at 10 am.
